Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and proof of purchase.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of when the refund appears in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and processed. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:
- Bras
- Beanies
- Bucket Hats
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/defective product and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged or defective items.
